SCHRADER | American Classics
For more than a decade Schrader Cellars has produced benchmark Cabernet Sauvignon from the most prestigious vineyards in the Napa Valley — notably the first-growth Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard in Oakville. With winemaker Thomas Brown creating wines known for their vibrant flavor and opulent richness, our program focuses on highlighting the character and profile of three distinct clonal varieties with minimal intervention that allows the true nature of each to shine.
Ultimately, the wines speak for themselves. Schrader Cellars has garnered the highest critical acclaim in the history of American Cabernet Sauvignon production, where our "no-holds barred" wines represent an excellence that begins in the vineyard and ends in an unparalleled tasting experience.
Our current portfolio is another extraordinary addition to the history books. Bottled in June, each of the 2011 Schrader wines has developed an exquisite profile that pays homage to the unique character of each Cabernet Sauvignon clone and vineyard. This year we are proud to introduce a new member of our family, the Schrader LPV Cabernet Sauvignon, an impressive showing right out of the gate sourced from the Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard in St. Helena. Another classic Schrader Cabernet in the making.
