Business Manager
A veteran of the wine industry, Kelli Willard's passion for wine and outstanding experience managing business systems, e-commerce, and customer service make her the perfect person to lead the business segment of our winning team.
With her natural enthusiasm and "can do" approach, Kelli took on the otherwise challenging task of migrating to online business systems and successfully brought Schrader Cellars into the twenty-first century by establishing a seamless online ordering and customer communication system. In her role as Business Manager,
Kelli is the go-to person for all questions about our e-commerce and business systems development.
Raised in Oregon, Kelli graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts for Journalism. The past 10 years, Kelli has lived in the Napa Valley with her husband, two sons and their German Shorthair Pointer.
Among her favorite pastimes are spending time with her family and friends, enjoying good food and fine wine, and playing a leisurely round of golf...fore!
