The outstanding 2001 Schrader Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon RBS revealed a nose and flavor profile of licorice-laced candied
dark fruits, black currants, and hints of mint. Velvety-textured and medium to full-bodied, it is a layered wine with loads of upfront
fruit. It should be drunk over the next decade.
